Lily's Big Day!

It was Lily's first day of Pre-school today and she loved it! Of course she had to wear her red boots! Isn't she cute! She had a really fun day. When I asked her what her favorite thing about pre-school she said, "Playing on the play ground!" She already likes recess.

Her school has a really cool picking up and dropping off system, I don't even have to get out. They buckle her up and everything. When I dropped her off it was so weird to think that she was in pre-school. Yep, I cried. I couldn't believe it, she was so grown up too, when I dropped her off she didn't even look back. I'm glad she was strong and didn't need me cause I wasn't strong! I really feel like she was just Jack's size!

Every morning when Jack wakes up, Lily asks if she can hold him. Most mornings I get pictures cause I can't resist Lily's messy hair and Jack's tired eyes.

I feel like Jack looks a ton like Pat in this picture!

Happy 4th of July!

It has been a while since I posted any pictures so I just posted a bunch.

Lily loves glow sticks, or "Glue sticks" as she calls them, but I have a hard time getting her in the bath so I decided to put the two of them together and Ta-Da, she loves bath time again!

This is us at Mormon Night at the Bats game. Lily loved it. She even got a ball that the team played with!

Lily really likes to hold Jack. Every morning when she gets up, she asks if she can hold Jack. Cute huh?!

These are pictures from the 4th of July. It was so stinkin hot so this is how Jack dealt with it.

I thought it would be fun to do Ice blocking but with how hot it is and the fact that kids can't really carry up ice blocks, I thought it would be better to do a card board slide. Lily LOVED it! It was pretty fun and all the kids liked it!

Pat spent some of the night playing volleyball, but with how hot it was,I wasn't about to play. He had fun though.

We had a great 4th of July with our friends here in Kentucky. We missed our family in Utah but can't wait to see them soon!

Lily's Birthday and Jack's Blessing

Yeah, I have my computer back so now I can post pictures again. Here are some from Lil's Birthday. Lily loves Tangled so for her birthday I thought it would be fun to do lanterns. It was so fun and Grandma gave her a card that sand the Tangled song so Lily had Aunt Ashley push the card the entire time we did the lanterns, it was really funny! so For Her Birthday Dinner she wanted egg rolls and shrimp, so we had the Vietnamese salads. They were yummy! Then we did a pinata and cake and Ice cream at the park. She wanted a flip flop cake. Aunt Ashley and Uncle Steve helped, isn't it cute?! For her Birthday she wanted pool toys. So she got these two planes with squirt guns on them. Lily had so much fun playing with Uncle Steve on them! I don't know who had more fun! That Sunday, June 3rd, Jack was blessed. Pat gave such a nice blessing and we were so glad that Steve and ASh could be there to share that with us.

A lot in a year!!!

I can't believe it but Patrick finished his first year of Dental school. He is now officially a second year! A ton has happened this year. Well, actually a ton has happened this last month! It has really been an awesome one! First off, Jack Henry is here and we are so excited to have him in our little family. He is so stinkin cute and Lily really loves him. He was born on Saturday April 7th at 1:13pm. He was 11 days early, same as Lily. Kind of weird. He was 8 pounds 6 ounces and 20 inches long. He is such a fun baby especially now that he is figuring out his sleep schedule.

Lily is the best helper ever! She loves to hold Jack and to feed him. Whenever he is in his crib, Lily makes sure that his mobile is on. It is so cute!

Another Fun thing that happened this month is Lily learned to ride a bike without training wheels! She taught herself too! She got a razor scooter for Easter and learned to balance really well. So I thought, with my Mom here we might as well venture on out and try to teach her. So we packed up our camp chairs and Jack's bag and Lily's bike and headed out to the end of our parking lot where cars don't drive. Well on our way down there I look and Lily first is balancing going down the hill and then all the sudden she is pedaling. So much for it taking all day! She is awesome at it and now is on her bike everyday!

Funnest Spring Break Ever!!!

We had such a good week with Patrick off school! Lily is not going to know what to do now without Pat. She had her first soccer game on Saturday and played like a champ!!! It was so fun to watch her. She loved it.

This was so sad, she came running over to us after one of her team mates stole the ball from her and went to score a goal. We had to explain the game to her and then she was fine. My cute tender hearted little girl.We had to go fishing again because we had so much fun the first time. We all had really good luck! It was a blast!


We got Lil a new camp chair and she thought it was so cool! She could have her water in the cup holder.
She had so much fun hiking around. She found a stick and said, "I am like Great Grandpa, he had a cane, huh Mom?" Cute huh?!
We had so much fun as a Family! I love our family!

Fishing!!!

This week, Pat has been on Spring Break so we went fishing for Family Night last night. I have never seen a happier little girl. Lily had so much fun!

We were so glad that we caught one fish! Of course, Pat handed me his pole to fix mine and I cast his line out and Ta-Da!!! I brought in a fish! Lily wasn't even scared to touch it! He was even really spiky and she grabbed him so I could take a picture.
Both Patrick and Lily didn't want to leave. We didn't leave until it was dark. This is my favorite picture though.

I also wanted to put our St. Patrick's day dinner on here! My cute mom sent me all the decorations. We had so much fun. I'm not sure why Lil doesn't have a shirt on. She was just having a little too much fun. She even liked the corned beef and cabbage!
Also, on St. Patrick's day Lily had her Soccer orientation and picture day. I think Lil is almost taller than her coach. Her team is called the Orange Iguanas. Cute huh!
